I'm Neeraj Srivastava — a founder, builder, and investor in blockchain since 2011. I founded DLT Labs, which raised over $100M and built the world's first live blockchain supply-chain platform for Walmart. I backed the Ethereum and Polkadot ICOs, hold six patents, and have scaled engineering organizations to 600+.

Built from zero into a global leader in enterprise blockchain — and one of the most significant distributed-ledger companies of its era.
Two products I designed, architected, and built from the ground up — both live in production today.
A stablecoin I designed, architected, and built from the ground up — owning the full stack from token design and smart-contract architecture to issuance and live on-chain operations.
A self-custodial MPC wallet built entirely from scratch — non-custodial key security with full regulatory compliance built in, not bolted on.
Our Walmart Canada blockchain platform featured as a 2022 HBR case study.

Verify on Credly ↗Crypto, DeFi, and enterprise blockchain — the protocols, the products, and the gap between what gets promised and what gets shipped.

Most people in blockchain arrived during a hype cycle. I arrived before there was one.
The instinct to build showed up early: in 2008, as an undergraduate, I founded my first venture — a software incubator. In 2011, while developing a cryptographic program to manage debit-card security at Scotiabank, I came across the Bitcoin codebase and went deep, and I've spent every year since converting that early conviction into shipped products — across DeFi, crypto, and Fortune-1 enterprise.

One of the few who has worked credibly across crypto, DeFi, and enterprise — from protocol-genesis investments to production systems at Fortune-1 scale.

In 2011, while developing a cryptographic program to manage debit-card security at Scotiabank, I came across the Bitcoin codebase — and went deep. I recognized immediately that the technology reached far beyond currency, into the foundations of how value and trust move.
At RBC I also led one of the industry's earliest Apple Pay integrations, working with Visa, MasterCard, and Interac. But it was blockchain that captured me — and that conviction became a career.
Crypto-native credibility and enterprise rigor are usually found in different people. The whole point of my work is that they're found in one.
Participated in the Ethereum and Polkadot ICOs at the protocol-genesis level. Authored one of the first developer-level Ethereum / Solidity courses. Today CTO at RockWallet: a self-custodial wallet, the MNEE USD-backed stablecoin, and an integrated exchange — built with compliance and customer control native to the product.
Founder of DLT Labs — raised over $100M and scaled to 600+ engineers from zero. Delivered the world's first live, large-scale blockchain supply-chain platform for Walmart Canada — cutting reconciliation errors from 70% to under 2%. Featured as a Harvard Business Review case study ↗. Senior roles at RBC, Scotiabank, Ingenico, and R3.
I judge technology by what survives a cycle and runs in production — not by what trends.
The next hundred million users come from products that are self-custodial and trustworthy at once.
KYC, OFAC, and controls aren't a betrayal of crypto — they're how real adoption survives scrutiny.
From one of the first Ethereum courses to mentoring engineers, I give the ladder back down.

Built the engineering org from the ground up and shipped a secure, self-custodial crypto wallet, a USD-backed stablecoin (MNEE), and an integrated exchange — with compliance and customer control native to the product. Delivered 40%+ savings in cloud and engineering.
Led the creation of a blockchain-optimized SaaS platform blending AI-driven predictive models with smart automation — streamlining subrogation, recovery, and salvage for insurers, law firms, and TPAs.
Reimagined document automation for wealth management — a secure, compliant, highly efficient workflow platform for investment advisors.
